A $100 non-refundable retainer fee is due within 48 hours after booking. Once your booking form is received, you will receive an invoice via the email address provided in booking form. Once the invoice is sent, it must be paid within 48 hours or the date will be released for booking. The retainer fee is subtracted from the session fee and the remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Additional session time is available for $75 per half hour with the addition of one outfit per half hour.
Typical editing turnaround is 2 weeks during slower months and up to 4 weeks during busy months. Rush editing is available with $150 upcharge, upgrading to a 3-4 day turnaround.
Sundays & some Mondays are not available for booking. If you have no other date options and need a Sunday or Monday they can be made available for a $250 convenience fee.
The Sweet and Serene Sessions DO NOT include digital images. Only the Soulful Session includes digital image downloads. However, they may be purchased in addition to any other session via your gallery.
Location & travel fees may apply and vary depending on the location chosen. Local Acadiana locations include but are not limited to locations in Lafayette, Eunice, Crowley, Ville Platte, and other surrounding areas. Travel locations include any location within any distance. Travel fees will apply to any location over 30 miles outside of my home location.
Online galleries are available for all sessions. In your online gallery you may view your edited photos, purchase prints, photobooks, canvases, and digital downloads. Orders are sent to my professional print labs and then shipped directly to you! Your online gallery will be available for two weeks.
